Our customers are important to us, without them we would not exist. We will use our best endeavours to satisfy the requirements of our customers and to supply them with the right equipment, at the right price within an agreed timescale. Occasionally things can go wrong. We promise to do our best to ensure that if we do make an error, we will do our utmost to put things right.

Our preferred courier is Australia Post. We endeavour to ship within 72 hours of receiving an order. Delivery will take between 72 hours and 28 days depending on the method selected and the world geographical location. If an unusual situation such as a lack of stock occurs we shall contact you directly. If we have a delay on delivery for any reason, you are entitled to cancel the order without penalty providing that it has not already been dispatched. Whilst we endeavour to meet delivery deadlines, we cannot be held liable for late delivery by our agents therefore delivery times are at the customers risk. Damages and short deliveries should be notified within 3 working days.
We charge for delivery and postage at cost.
The prices on the site checkout are indicative, however should the final cost significantly exceed the estimated charge, we will contact you prior to shipment. You have the right to cancel the order should you consider the charge to be excessive.
Our site does not cater directly for international postage. Your order details will be sent to our office and a member of staff will contact you by email, within 24 hours. Details of the delivery and postage charges for your preferred delivery address and country will be provided. You have the right to cancel the order should you consider these charges to be excessive.
We accept Visa (all types), and Bank Transfer. Bank transfer will need to be cleared prior to shipment.
Keeley Marine Supplies will accept goods for return in accordance with this Returns Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. This Returns Policy is not intended to limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Process for return of Product:
All goods for return should be unmarked and complete with instruction books and accessories (such as remotes, controllers, power cords, batteries, battery chargers and connectivity cables and any other out of box accessories) supplied at the time of purchase.
Refund or Credit:
Where a warranty claim is granted, the refund will include all delivery and related costs for the goods.No refund or replacement will be granted until we have received the goods from you and the goods have been approved for refund.
Where a replacement claim under warranty is granted, the replacement will be delivered to you at Keeley Marine Supplies’ expense after we have received the returned goods.
No Change of Minds Return:
Please choose carefully as Keeley Marine Supplies does not accept return of goods because you change your mind or make the wrong decision about its goods or services.
Delivery of an order acknowledgement does not indicate acceptance of an order.
Keeley Marine Supplies will not be responsible for typographical, pricing or other errors and reserves the right not to process orders based on such errors. Keeley Marine Supplies reserves the right not to process orders for any other reasonable reason as otherwise determined by Keeley Marine Supplies.
